Congratulation! Its definitely helpful to the fraternity and AMC both to bring ease in doing business with HDFC MF. Observations: 1. When we see the portal, it reminds us of the similar facility by one of the competitors launched couple of years back. While onboarding a KYC compliant client to HDFC MF, this(HDFC MF) portal asks for cancelled copy of cheque. This involves bit of paper work and doesnt completely eliminates the same. The competition has it already. 2. The link that is triggered to clients reads " Your distributor" The competitor introduces us as " Your advisor" While its well understood that we are distributors of HDFC Mutual Fund for all legal/operational purpose, we may be advisors/Financial Advisor to our respective clients. An advisor doesnt construe to be SEBI Registered Investment Advisor( RIA). Hope the observations may be taken in good spirit and suitable changes also complying with the necessary regulations may be incorporated.

Its really very nice experience using it !.......Carry on with adding more new features. For AMC I must say a proverb in relation to this i.e. " Der aaye durust aaye " .

All the AMC are unnecessary wasting money for launching individual portal while there is common transaction portal i.e MFU, NSE, BSE with a better features and paper less covering all the RTA/AMC with only one One Time Mandate. CAMS also promoting their own portal My Cams for transactions. IFA should avoid using such individual Distributor portal rather they should use common transaction platform Initially MFU is develop by HDFC only.

I initiated a SIP transaction and sen a link to my investor. While responding to open the link for transaction verification, the investor encounters a message "ENTER SIP DATE" but he nowhere finds a column where to put the SIP DATE. Really, he was astonished to come across such a frustrating experience from a leading fund house in these days of digital environment. In case of lumpsum investment, also, encounter problem while making payment via debit card. He had no option but to reject the transaction. WHY SHOULD ONE STICK TO SUCH FUND HOUSE?
