That was a great sharing of thoughts. However, its sad to know that many of your sub-brokers went looking for short term gains in money market. As one of our fellow distributors has already said that chit funds go on flourishing and there is no law to stop it, as most of them have huge political backing and political parties are bank rolled through them, the irony is that in the name of investor protection MF distributors were taken to the slaughter house. Best regards

The structural bull market is a good concept. Im not aware of this. But Im not sure whether this applies to emerging economies like India. Some body who is an expert at this may kindly throw light on the relevance to an economy like India.

Thank you for the insights Mr.Roy. It is really surprising that MLM schemes and private chits are not contained even after such gigantic scams. From what I read in Media, there is no specific law/responsibility is not pegged on a single agency, to stop these things. There is every possibility that investors who lose money in these mala-fide schemes also lose trust even in an efficient and well regulated financial product like mutual funds too. Wealthforum can certainly help create awareness about the negative impacts of these schemes on our long term business potential by bringing in more articles relating to the same, highlighting the long term loss of trust due to the propagation of such schemes.
