Dear Chandresh ji, Thanks for your valuable insights about our industry, investors & offcourse IFAs. I myself getting very good inputs from Shubhchintak. Some of your funds are showing top quartile performance particularly in ELSS Category. I myself recomends your ELSS product to my Customers without even getting a single visit or phone call from your AMC But I am sorry to write you that I have decided not to recomend your AMC Products to my clients anymore because of Service issues. Whenever I talk to your Executives in Chandigarh Branch to look into the issues, they behave in the same manner as Govt. Officers do with Common Man. I have been forced to think similar to my other colleague IFAs that your AMC is meant only for Axis Bank Customers & not for IFAs at all.

Like some other brothers of mine, I had also sent in my request for further details (you have in fact invited us to write to you). Still awaiting reply. Keen to know more details and want to know what more it offers than my present CRM package that I am using. I had also requested your Mr Vohra ( In fact he called me up to tell that he would arrange a presentation abt. this software) to have an early presentation to our IFA community here in Vijayawada. Present software available in the market are deficient in some aspect or the other. And an average IFA is not in a position to go for costly packages. Please consider our woes and act swiftly.

This has happened in the period from the date of first publishing an article on WEALTHFORUM. I have not received any information so far. I am keen to know about it and if found suitable adopt it.

This move is in right direction to educate distributor to use right tools and in turn more benefits to clients. This will help to grow industry AUM and in longer term all will create wealth.

Thanks for the launch of "ShubhChintak". I think your article os the right answer to Jigar Parekhs on why advisors are selling less. Recently many IFAs including myself have put up the same thoughts expressed above to take the Industry as a whole forward. I have not gone through details of Shubhchintak but I hope it is implemented properly and I sincerely wish you All The Best. From the above article I think that a few AMCs should come together on the Shubhchintak platform and take the industry forward.
