Madam the charisma that your portray being there on top should be flowing down too. We have several issues when it comes to Customer Service hence most of the time despite the fact that we wish to recommend SBI MF Scheme we have to give it a second thought because of the sad approach of your Customer Service. I read one comment from Mr. Dhiraj Mittal below, where he mentioned about SBI AMC performance.
If you could check the among fund houses SBI moving with highest percentage growth in top 5 amcs in terms of AUM 139%.
Secondly it replace UTI from top 5 and now AUM above 1.5 lac crore.
The approach by its team has improved super after 2008 and majority of funds making consistency on lader..
The big thing is they dont have any toxic debt company on there portfolio, which we had seen in case of Amtek and Jindal..

Your fund house need to sincerely:
1. Work on improving your processes, As a distributor I can say your processes are much below par.
2. Introspect if AUM growth as the cost of performance is a good idea.
3. Strive to be consistent. In my 15 years in this industry, i found SBi to be very low on consistency. |
