So much good, non jargon ,sensible talk here. It is a very interesting point mentioned regarding investment returns and investor returns. Agents who have been able to help investors capture investment returns need to be treated separately from the agents who follow the national average/ scheme average or fund house average period of holding equity assets, so if to take the patient phrase of warren Buffett so well mentioned above to its logical conclusion - maybe the time has come to change compensation patterns and make it fair, just and equitable.
