Dear Mr Pallav, Congratulations and best wishes for the new venture. Please throw more light on profit sharing structure and distribution in compnay stake. Were the profit sharing ratios decided on the basis of gross profits or net profits The structure of stake distribution is dynamic or will remain constant now over the life of the company.
