With reference to my earlier comments regarding reconciliation problem with OFA, I thankfully acknowledge co-operation of Sri Harsa by promptly and conclusively taking up the things. Being an ex-banker I am well acquainted with the significance and tediousness of reconciliation of accounts but I was surprised by the action at OFA and speedy solution to my problem. Really they deserve my appreciation and repeated thanks to Sri Harsa. I heartily wish all the best for OF A and Shubhchintak. |

OFA is a good platform and doing well but its reconciliation & TXN updation part is miserably poor and that single point is capable of pulling it down to half of its utility. Will Mr. Harsha take a look at this issue? |

Agree with the points. However, Axiss own digital platform "EasySell" for Distributor Initiated Transaction is not user friendly at all. On initiating a transaction, the investor has to enter all details of the distributor and even has to register herself and create userid and password. Its not at all user-friendly as like digital platforms or other AMCs. |
