Also, in 2 and half years, 31000 financial plans were made and executed. Again, that gives me 12,400 plans in one year by 40 planners. So 310 plans in one year by one planner. Again, less than a day for one financial plan (assuming he works for 300 days a year). Also, this leaves him no time for any review coz all this time is taken by him to meet the client, understand his needs, collect data, analyse data and come up with a plan. Dont know how all this can be done in a less than a days time.
While full credits are given for achievement, the numbers are confusing me a bit.
Anyways, Kudos to the team for their achievement. |

Great Achievement indeed.
Just a few calculations which confused me.
31k Clients handled by a team 40 Financial Planners (FP). That works out to be 775 Clients handled by one FP. If an FP is working even 300 days an year, he would still has to meet 2.5 Clients per day. If he has 8-10 hours of a working day, then a client gets some 3 hours with his FP in one year. This time could barely sufficient for a quick review of the portfolio, but Not sure if the client would be happy with this much engagement.
