| LEAP sounds good .Would have appreciated if the training span would have been shorter and instead of 6 modules it can be got down to 4.Time is a huge constraint for single IFAs. |

| Very good initiative by HDFC MF. However their Pune office has not shared about the same with us (either through email, sms or phone call).
I hope many IFAs would like to avail benefit of this kind of training and urge HDFC MF to keep running & provide learning to as many IFAs as possible (of course those who approch you, the AMC).

| It is, indeed, a great development. AMC should also devise and launch Training Program based on curriculum / modules of CFP which will impart insight into the financial world to a great deal.
A good initiative by AMC. An humble suggestion - launch some specific certification program like Retirement planner etc. to enable IFA to attain some specialization.

| Why to sell refrigerator to an Eskimo? This is old way of misselling. Why not sell it to the person who needs it. I appreciate the training initiative but request to provide better content based module. Templeton, ICICI PRU and Birla are providing some high end trainings. Its good that others are also entering. |
