His journey into writing began 25 years ago, with a series of books for financial advisors including popular titles like "Serious Money - The Art of Marketing Mutual Funds" (1991) and "Gathering Assets" (1995). He published his landmark book, "The Excellent Investment Advisor" in 1996, which guided a whole generation of financial advisors on building conviction in fundamental investment principles and showed the way to communicate and transmit your convictions to your clients. He then followed it up with an equally powerful and popular book aimed at investors in 1999, called "Simple Wealth, Inevitable Wealth", which spelt out how investors can join hands with financial advisors to create fortunes for themselves using equity funds. He continues to be a prolific writer and speaker and has more recently published an advisor oriented book "Behavioural Investment Counselling", which as the name suggests, delves into detail on how you can become an effective advisor by mastering the art and science of behavioural finance and its application in client engagement.
