Aim and Overview

The communication skills program will give you a clear insight into communication. It is an opportunity to understand how communication works and how to communicate with confidence and flair. You will look at what works about the way you communicate, what gets in the way of you being a more effective communicator and then tools and techniques to help you be more adept and self-assured.

This is a practical day filled with exercises, games and discussion which will give you skills to handle difficult or tricky situations and give you more choice in the way you communicate with others.

Objectives of the Program

On completion of this FULL DAY program, the participants will be able to:

1. Understand the importance of effective communication -In what ways do you think you can exchange-ideas/feelings/Information etc?

2. Understand the importance of non-verbal communication -Its not about what you say..! Its about HOW you say it. Get an insight into non-verbal nuances - tone of voice/body language & gestures



3. Understand the importance of Active Listening. We very well know how to Read, Write and Speak! However do we know how to listen? Of all the four attributes, do you know which attribute is the most Important in order to increase your level of understanding?



4. Differentiate Submissive/Passive behaviour, Aggressive behaviour & Assertive behaviour & also its advantages -In this section you will get to know your type of behaviour, and how to deal when you encounter individuals with different types of Behaviour.

5. Interpersonal skills and Art of Dealing with People -The one successful way to get the things you want from life is to acquire skill in dealing with people..and you will get everything! In this section you will get to know that by changing our thoughts and the way we DEAL with people we can change our DESTINY!



6. Improve your effectiveness in dealing with your customers, get handy tips to achieve seamless communication- Increase Your Sales.
